A quick and hearty weeknight meal.
2 top-round steak cutlets, sliced
2 potatoes, cubed
2-3 bok choy heads, sliced
sesame oil, 2-3 dashes
soy sauce, about 5 dashes
lemon juice, 2-3 dashes
Heat up olive oil in a medium sauce pan. Add the potatoes and bok choy, and fill the pan with water covering the vegetables about half way to create a stew base. Add the sesame oil, soy sauce and lemon juice to season. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 min. Add the steak, cover and cook for another 5 minutes or until all the ingredients reach your desired texture.
