An Asian-inspired dish that’s fast and easy to prepare for a weeknight meal.
3 garlic cloves, diced
1-2 packs of Ramen (depends on your appetite)
seaweed (buy pre-seasoned)
olive and sesame oil
Heat up olive oil in a medium frying pan, and cook the pompano on medium heat (with a cover) for 10-15 minutes per side. Add the garlic in the last 5 minutes of cooking to toast it.
Boil water in a medium pan to cook the Ramen. When the noodles are cooked, drain them, then put them back in the pan (with the heat off) and add the seasoning packets. Mix in the seaweed, and drizzle the noodles with sesame oil. Plate the Ramen and place the pompano on top. Garnish with the garlic.
